We’ve hosted gentlemen and rascals, liars and quite a few righteous women. Seen xxxxxx and xxxxxx more times than we’d like to admit. TASTING NOTES
- Mash: Bill 60% Corn, 36% Rye, 4% Malted Barley
- Appearance: Warm amber
- Aroma: Butterscotch, maple syrup, and cinnamon
- Taste: Balanced flavors of toasted oak, honey vanilla, spices of clove and cinnamon with hints of ripe figs.
- Finish: Substantial drawn out smooth finish with lingering spice notes
